Here's one question for you, if not enough are vaccinated and hospitals overwhelmed and people dying due to lack of care should the government do nothing?

@silasla Nowhere can just expand hospital capacity in a short time, trained medical staff don't just appear out of nowhere. Sure can put up buildings that's the easy part. The only way to expand services for Covid 19 patients is to cut services elsewhere, elective surgery mostly.

@choopa1670 Yes it's been working, deaths 10% of those in Europe or US on a per capita basis is good. 50,000 still alive today give or take , there's no liberty with death. Pointing out that vaccines won't save everyone doesn't mean failure. Seatbelts don't save everyone, drink driving measures don't save everyone, speed restrictions don't save everyone etc. etc. but I would be surprised if you object to all these impositions on your liberty.

I would think carefully about getting an omicron specific booster because data suggests that Delta is more deadly and based on what occurred in Denmark with the general vaccine , those vaccinated were 80% immune to Delta and far less with Omicron being 60% more likely to get Omicron at a particular point in time than an unvaccinated person. Omicron is approximately 75% less deadly and the regular shot after 3rd dose reduces hospitalization by about 80% based on UK data. So your absolute risk of being hospitalized is 94% less than an unvaccinated person catching Delta, for me those odds are as good as it gets and stopping Omicron increases the likelihood you get another variant. Anyway just something to consider and best of luck.

H A So if I don't work in a hospital I should be thrown in prison for making a comment on YouTube. If I did work in a hospital and went around on YouTube posting about my patients I would be thrown in prison for invading their privacy, there's rules about these things. But you being a highly partisan person just trust the data and reports from US Republican led states as you believe nobody else on the planet, they have the data.

You're mixed up many of those sent to war were mandated to do so it wasn't some choice and leper colonies existed back then, they weren't out to free the lepers.
