  1. Most of the comments here have forgotten about China , it's authoritarian and on the political spectrum right wing and nationalist. It's actually a billionaire factory and has more billionaire as a ratio to GDP than USA, it also promotes Chinese racial superiority internally. Nothing to do with communism any more , maybe people can understand when you know which country has the name People's Democratic Republic of Korea and how well that name fits with reality.

  2.  @duttateyadalai4610  The communist party in those respective countries is the religion. The party in a somewhat forceful sense does the same sorts of things a country with Sharia law might do, an example is in North Korea probably to this day describes the types of haircuts a man or woman are permitted to have and dress standards, how is this different to the way a lady must dress under Sharia law or how a Sikh man for example if religious can't cut their hair?

  4. Actually and unfortunately the worst offenders have been in democracies, vote them out. China is using this to promote 1 party authoritarian rule in sometimes not so subtle ways.
