There is none, just like Taiwan, Vietnam, Thailand, Australia and New Zealand with Japan and South Korea not far behind. None means if an outbreak occurs it remains small and is eliminated quickly.

It wasn't a herd immunity approach but more of a completely voluntary approach. Do whatever you want but we want you to follow these recommendation. Truth is it is not as bad a policy as the US and UK to date with even worse policies.

@tianmingchen6438 they are but makes no difference because the virus doesn't care. Queensland Australia alone has has more imported cases than Taiwan. If your city is 2 million plus it's not easy no matter what. Vietnam and Thailand have done better than South Korea and Japan anyway. Truth is any small number is good.

As someone from Queensland Australia I can assure you lockdowns do work, 8 weeks or so in March , April border controlled with compulsory hotel quarantine as required, now state fully open without any significant restrictions. My state has had more imported cases than Taiwan so the border quarantine is most definitely a critical component. A half arsed lockdown actually accelerates the spread by causing explosions in cases upon reopening too quickly when cases aren't under control and low restriction hunters who can afford it bringing their infected bodies interstate or international.
