  1. Because they aren't, just using English speakers. Just like Al Jazeera in a way. It probably works because especially if it's a story about an English speaking Country the cultural issues will be better understood and I think viewers feel more comfortable with voices/accents they are used to which is mostly US , UK and Australian.
