A Mexican doesn't require permission from the US government to travel and the US isn't providing any sort of law enforcement inside Mexico. Israel as a welfare state of the US having received at least $200 Billion USD over the years and because money is fungible it could be argued the US actually paid for your vaccines it would be nice to see Israel be a little nicer to the local authority of Palestine which as you know isn't in charge of much at all, much like a city council. From a security perspective Israel would be better off helping with vaccines.

@ofeknahon7579 Israel controls the borders and is the authority who actually polices things like drug smuggling, that's in the same agreement that states Palestinian authority vaccinates people to the world standard, this current situation is different because there is no world standard and it's more akin to providing an ambulance, both the Palestinian authority and Israel must provide ambulance to anyone in need regardless of what the patients citizenship status is. Israel carries out all autopsies and the Palestinian authority must hand over the body of anyone killed suspiciously, all this stuff is in the health section of some agreement signed years ago. It would just be sensible policy to help with vaccines anyway whether or not legally required which is disputed and unclear.

Not really but maybe the anchor could have just asked once, he got his answer as a doctor he hopes it happens and although said in a funny way the other part of the answer was basically I am not the government nothing I can do about it.
