@enesbilgin937 Caste has something to do with it in respect that a low caste person will be in a more vulnerable position. A 9 Year old girl in a rich household wouldn't be on the street without supervision let alone carrying out such chores, that's what the maid is for although water wouldn't be the issue. Look how many children travel to and from school alone in wealthy countries, it's becoming less and less with parents driving them.
