Philippines can look forward to some sort of sanctions from China, it'll likely be some trade item that China "will find issues with".

@kuzunohacompany8891 joint training can be done by Indonesia inside and outside territory. They have done separate naval exercises with China and India recently and in the past some army did training in Australia. I agree though that Indonesia's position is to not be too close to any other country but to have reasonable relations with many.
