Funny thing is if you live in a war zone (homicide rate above 20 per 100,000 compared to wealthy country average of about 1 per 100,000) police will certainly be jumpy and if you carry a gun guess what you might get shot. Anybody here who says they could have done it better as in the armchair law enforcement officers, well you get out of your armchair if you are American and head to one of the war zones about 20 or so cities with similar homicide rates, they are waiting for you.
