I think the Taiwanese lady was a little off the mark, it's success breeding success not necessarily about collectivism and it also followed that failure created more failures as populations actually resist more and ignore the rules. Can even see this internally in a country like Australia although our vaccination rates are looking like they will eventually get fairly high everywhere.

@AlienLivesMatter 90% less covid 19 deaths per Capita in Western Pacific WHO region compared to European WHO region and PAHO Pan-American Health Organization region and less other problems. Success doesn't mean perfect.
