  2. Without capitalism then there wouldn't be any vaccines, all covid 19 vaccines that I am aware of are being manufactured by private enterprise.

  3. Not really, need large amounts of equipment too, Canada probably has the skills for example but no equipment.

  4. Well the Oxford Astrazeneca one is like that and very low cost during the pandemic, however getting enough scale has proved difficult.
