  2.  @donbelenger817  It's an American cultural thing having a president playing golf. Maybe the Scottish parliament is the same because the game comes from there. It's certainly a lot of money. If that amount of money was spent in January and February on COVI sars2 you would not have a problem in the same way you do now. I do believe the US could have achieved the same results as Australia or South Korea from a technical point of view. But the president and public servants failed. I am impressed by the ramp up in actions but it could be like the apt description which is often given , it's like a bush fire. In the beginning it needed a bucket of water, now it needs the entire might of the US to mitigate I think. While it would be great to see containment maybe it's impossible now. Best of luck.
