  1. I would go and sit outside the circle just to annoy others. Then if questioned I would say inside the circle would be contaminated like a toilet seat with people continuously using that grass. I don't think I would be gunned down for disobedience even if it the US.

  2. Yep bars and nightclubs open in some states and they can pass any state border at will. I am Australian and it looks like a joke.
