I just did a quick search based on an observation. The data was a little old and didn't include my country. The US had 12% female officers in 2015 , the only country in the list that was lower was Japan . Statista was the website. I think if a female officer was on the seen regardless of color this event would have been less likely. Maybe putting a few more females in the job would help, and doesn't need to be positive discrimination , just encourage that they are needed and suitable one will come.

I don't know if people are aware but it has been said by an official that criminal charges will not be laid against those 4 police. Search nine news Australia Minneapolis. Maybe it's the only main stream media willing to go on the seen and being foreign offers some protection.
