  1. No it said use of force has been reviewed 79 times, so looked into 79 times. Maybe he works in a crime ridden area and carries out lots of arrests, we really know nothing. Now people saying officers are guilty until proven innocent. Him shoving someone who is kneeling is hardly a felony. Ok probably he shouldn't have done that, however if that protestor shouted abuse towards him it's understandable.

  2. Charge for what? Shoving someone is hardly a major offence. How many prosecutions are you aware of for such actions? My guess is 0 and thousands of protestors could be charged.

  3. That is not what was said. Only thing said 79 reviews. Certain incidents would be reviewed automatically I would think but really depends on that police department policy. When there is 0 cases of reviews in a high crime area that's when people should be concerned.

  4. There is no indication of violations, only that use of force has been reviewed a number of times. In the context of where he works we know nothing. Maybe that's normal because a high arrest rate in a high crime area.

  6. We don't know how many reviews were due to complaints. On the good side it appears they must write a report if they ever draw a weapon. I wouldn't be so sure this is normal in every police department. So I draw no conclusions without knowing more.
