  1. There is one positive I can think of. The economy will boom. Think about it, the only city where drugs will be traded openly without fear of prosecution. It could diversify the community too with more Mexicans and Nigerians , maybe even Italians.

  2. If it actually occurs there will be no official crime statistics, so on paper it'll be the safest city in the US.
