@baddriversofthenorcalarea500 tasers are not non lethal, they are less lethal than a bullet depending on what part of the body is being shot. So shooting someone in the foot for arguments sake is a less lethal option than a taser to the heart. However the use of both is probably center of body mass meaning a bullet is more lethal than a taser. We don't know exactly but a taser might have killed Floyd if suffering from some heart disease.

From what I understand the district attorney is elected, this position should be a non elected official otherwise of course it's going to lead to corruption or the perception of corruption.
