  2. Well a bad Chicago weekend has more killings than unarmed people in the entire United States over a 1 year period by police. Every case is documented and arguments can be made whether or not justice is done in each particular case. The clearance rate for homicides in Chicago was 53% last year I think and that was considered really good because they were even worse before. More detectives are needed in that jurisdiction it would seem. Defund them is madness and this is the protesters main point.
