  2.  ROGUEGUNNER69  are you sure? The homicide rate of offenders for blacks is about 6 times that of whites. The rate of lethal encounters with police for blacks is apparently 7 times that of whites. The second number I am not sure where it's from but a reliable TV show said it. The first number is FBI statistics on their webpage. Without stopping the root cause the outcome can't change.
