  2. If this officer and other attending officers were trained properly and taught that then it could make a significant difference to the charges.

  3. The officer standing next to the main offender is as bad. He could have at least looked at the victim when people said he had stopped breathing.

  4. Unfortunately it is likely you need to prove the policeman knew what he was doing. In other words that he understood this would kill the person. I think that would be a tough ask. Manslaughter or whatever it's name is in the jurisdiction is more likely.
