  1. It's not that simple. This could breach fair trading laws or something. Think about it, you purchase a business and the business advertises through various social media platforms. If those social media platforms can just shut down all the advertising of that business because ownership has changed that would seem a bit ridiculous. It also means can't sell such a business because who would buy a business that will have all it's regular customers cut off from marketing.
