@williamm.3456 in answer to your hypothetical question, no idea, even she couldn't answer that because it never happened. I doubt the the motivation for the book is money because it probably wouldn't be much at all. Regardless it is wrong to act with prejudice against anyone. That is what people accuse Donald Trump of, if someone says everyone who is a relation through blood or marriage is as bad as Trump in the reasons someone has an opinion he is bad then the accuser is no better. Isn't that actually one of the reasons people don't like Trump? I am a foreigner and totally agree the US should control it's border for everyone concerned however Trump's rhetoric saying illegal immigrants are mostly rapists and murderers but some are not isn't helpful at all. That's just one example and given the US is a very violent country when compared to other high income countries making people angry isn't going to help the situation.
