It's in the eye of the beholder. Trump supporters are in alignment with Putin and Xi, so they would refer to China and Russia as allies and visa versa. Looking from afar even if Biden isn't perfect it's far better than the last guy and least know that the US is an ally. To be fair Trump didn't do anything bad with the US Australian relationship but he did do some harm in Europe I believe which Biden has corrected.
