  2. Basically a cry wolf defense would work. Even though people posting violent threats on Trump's own YouTube channel all Trump needs to say is I didn't believe them, militia groups have been threatening to overthrow the government since the civil war so I had no reason to believe that they would carry through. Truth is even the police didn't believe it which is why they were unprepared without any intervention from Trump. So you need hard evidence, Trump doesn't leave any hard evidence, he knows how to talk like a mob boss, in other words " take care of" could mean "kill" etc etc. Use common language and you can never be convicted.
