  2.  @elelyon431  if the laws regarding observation of the electoral process as official electoral observers prohibit that in a particular state or states maybe that should be looked into because it means that in this modern day the electoral observers are pretty much useless. Witness accounts very rarely convict someone of something in this modern age of forensics and camera phones. If what you assert might be the case then it's a pity the Republican Party and Trump himself never pointed out an actual way to improve the process, given Trump's apparent declaration of being an election expert why did he never bring this issue up and apparently still hasn't, you are the first I have heard of this problem. Anyway I am not American so best of luck.

  3. People just talking isn't evidence, if there is evidence they can present it to a court although that time may have run out in many cases.
