  2. People have changed behaviour and just saying reopening does not fill a bar or restaurant. There are 2 different trajectories in the world. Country that have decided to contain and possibly eliminate, mostly East Asia, South East Asia and Australasia and those that try to mitigate and not fill hospitals most of Europe and North America. I don't think containment is really viable in many countries any more and people just won't put up with harsh lock downs anymore like you are seeing in most US states.
