Well if I asked you a year ago if you would be ok with 1,000 preventable deaths occurring each day in the US what would you have responded?

@AllPeopleUnite I read a good comment some time ago, Australia and New Zealand being liberal democracies and yes authoritarian to get rid of the virus it was sort of all about the Great Reset starts here etc. etc. and someone commented (paraphrased) , "well if there was going to be some Great Reset why did they open everything up and no masks and everything open, seems it's not going to happen" . Hang in there hopefully the vaccines work and no variants escape them all, looking positive but it's not a certainty. In Australia now all that we have achieved if a state government had 100 deaths they will lose the next election, vaccine or no vaccine. Our vaccine rollout has started, I think only border, hotel quarantine and some medical staff pretty much so far, so it's good because in a few weeks a quarantine breach becomes much less likely. Observing from afar the US population has sort of resigned to whatever happens, happens and hopefully good news soon.
