  1. While he sort of spoke in a condescending manner he would be correct in what he says and actually stated things in a non biased way "we don't know what's in those closed documents" . It can be the case which I would suggest it probably is that the law itself is wrong , shooting the messenger changes nothing. He wasn't there to comment on the merits or lack of , of the law itself.

  2. Nobody knows, they just said it was an estimate or in other words a guess. It could be more or alternatively it might be all gone and that's why the forcing her to work if that's what has happened and fighting like hell to keep control. It only takes an hour to lose $1 million in a high rollers room or even quicker on the stock market, 2008 was an interesting year for the stock market to say the least. March 6 2009 was the market bottom. If I was to bet I would bet a lot of money was lost and ever since they have covered it up, my guess Britney doesn't even know her worth.
