Well 1 thing is 100% certain, Russia won't be using biological weapons because they can't even get much over half the population to take covid vaccines and had heaps of time, there's not a chance in hell people would be lining up and a 100% vaccination rate of anthrax vaccine, just in case the weapon actually worked. Same argument for the US, so even discussing biological weapons other than throwing dead animals in drinking water tanks like has been done for thousands of years is absurd. Chemical weapons however are a different story, they're effective if far enough away from your own troops.
