  1. The US is unique for a rich country. While vaccine hesitancy might be 1 issue that doesn't make the US unique because one issue on it's own can seem to happen anywhere. The US in healthcare generally when judged holistically has the worst healthcare system of any wealthy nation, non universal expensive with widely varying outcomes leading to the lowest life expectancy of comparable nations. So why do people in a collective sense insist on paying more tax for public healthcare than say a country like Australia but don't expect it to be universal. Why does it not bother people that it would appear a middle income country China now has a higher life expectancy than the US. As far as the Chinese or Russians doing something why would they bother , we can look back to HIV in the 80s and same thing in general terms occured, the Russians and Chinese could not have had any possibility of disruption back then. The US is doing a fine job at dividing itself , it doesn't need any outside help and actually is causing disruption elsewhere, Qanon appears to be American and the dear leader of Qanon is Trump, unfortunately lots of Qanon people around the world.
