@X2LR8 Could you please provide the Bernie Sanders quote that calls for any violent act such as arbitrary incarceration, liberation of something, you know your second amendment rights , Trump knows full well what some nutters believe (knowing that a large proportion of US gun owners take this to mean to overthrow the government not personal protection or the stated reason in the preamble of the second amendment which is for " a well regulated militia being necessary for a free state.... ", nothing about overthrowing an elected government whether disputed or not, that's what courts are for)

@BostonBruins 88 not sure what you mean, are you comparing some scumbag small time gangsters who used the chaos to burn buildings and loot to Trump. I certainly agree with you Trump is at least as low as those individuals however he was president of a super power nation so not sure you can put him in the same category.

@richarddeckard9804 Thanks for that info , so if I feel like Chinese food before my white supremacist meeting and don't want to stand out at either establishment it's good to wear a t-shirt with 88 on it, it's good luck or good fortune for Chinese superstition. Good to know if I ever encounter such a dilemma. Also probably confusing to each of those groups as it was to me until you told me.

@X2LR8 I saw Trump at a 2016 rally supporting violence against protestors even going as far as to say in the old days you could rough them up more and those days were good. Trump said to liberate Michigan and a few other states. The only time I have ever used that phrase used it relates to armed conflict which is what was attempted. Trump constantly pandered to militia groups by talking their language that is they're coming for your guns remember your second amendment rights ( militia groups consider it their right to overthrow a tyrannical government by armed force) . Please advise the quote of Bernie Sanders that implied someone should commit violence against his oponents.

@MM-tb2fg Those left and right extremists including Antifa individuals who have killed people over the past year or so are going to prison. What's your point.

@X2LR8 Well that's your standard then, that's why your country is more than twice as violent as every other wealthy country in the world , generally 5 times as many homicides, Canada is about half the rate and makes the US not seem so bad. You are right though it's seems impossible a trial by his own political party could result in anything and to the original comment most mob bosses never go to prison. Time will tell if the stand back and stand by and fight like you have never fought before helps the Republicans. I am glad I live in a peaceful country with a lot less violence or acceptance of violence.

@amyk6403 I am sorry twisting the second amendment that forming a militia to overthrow the government if you don't like it is certainly a nutter theory the second amendment itself completely contradicts this "a well regulated militia" that means the militia is regulated by the government itself, a government doesn't regulate a militia to say kill the elected officials if you feel like it. I know your country has about 5 times the homicide rate of my country and probably 6 or 7 times the homicide rate last year as killings went up so I am fully aware the US should be considered a dangerous country in relative terms if I should ever go there but thanks for the warning that you are a dangerous people.
