  2. It's a hub and spoke logistics system, the mixing happens in Vegas but the actual spread will be elsewhere mostly because they don't stay long enough to get very sick and bring it home. My guess the staff all vaccinated so probably not much spread inside Vegas.

  3. I think for US now it's mostly people don't want vaccines, most of the rest of the world because short supply. The US isn't in a good position because so many things are still unknown.
