This might all be a complete waste of time, Trump will not be removed from office due to Republican support of him which is the only measure that can stop an all powerful person exercising their lawful powers. Therefore it's not unlikely and in fact would be highly consistent with previous behaviour he pardons every last one of them on January 19 , it's all Federal crimes it would appear due to being on Federal property and definitely the property crimes against the building is only federal.

Unless Trump is impeached and found to be unfit for office he is all powerful especially with others, it's highly questionable that he can pardon himself but he can an will have a big pardon list on the 19th or on the morning of the 20th. I don't think it would be beyond Trumps moral values to pardon every single person who committed a crime including murder at the federal Capitol building. We have to wait and see and Republicans who are not going to remove him are complicit if it occurs because they are not stupid and know who he is.
