  1. They want their money back, to cut ties with immediate effect means forgiving all loans and not going to happen , they could onsell the debt I guess but who would buy it.

  2. Not sure he can because it was raised to pay campaign debts and a little bit on campaign legal fees. If he spends it paying his personal or business debts it might be a crime.
