  1. Not really, most of the other deaths will be to do with lockdown lite. In Australia we had about 1,200 excess deaths in the first 6 months of 2020 and deaths from respiratory disease was actually lower than normal in that time period which of course includes covid 19. The excess deaths were mainly attributable to Diabetes and heart disease and the graph shown showed the excess deaths were in March and April as in the lockdown time. You could search for it if you want it's on the Australian Bureau of Statistics website. The ongoing lockdown lite that never seems to end in your country was/is far more damaging than a proper lockdown for a much shorter period and of course much fewer covid 19 deaths which affects the mental health of people also.
