I am not American so emotions come into it far less although Trump amazingly has some international supporters. It starts off funny until one realises that it's real and has support. I think back to Trump going with the Obama is a foreign born muslim conspiracy theory and at the time it's like nobody is going to believe that , what an idiot. Next thing he's president of a super power. I could give a dozen examples of that and it's not only on the US far right. Until just recently I have only sort of worked out what far right is, on many issues they actually agree with the far left, because both are very socialist but in different ways, protectionism and industry subsidies are supported strongly by both far left and right that's why many Bernie Sanders voters went to Trump not Hillary. Far right seems to differ in that it is totally nationalist at the expense of any other nation, far left although misguided because they are protectionist which keeps poor countries poor as well aren't directly hostile to the idea of other countries becoming better and dealing with them in a fair manner. That's enough of my raving on.
