Let's just consider the 3% , this is the number who still apparently believe Trump won according to some survey. So this 3% believe anything Trump says. They are ignorant and highly adaptable as far as beliefs go. I watched a few Trump rallies and Trump would often say that Biden will cut some socialist program , either an industry subsidy scheme or for example medicare, at those same rallies with an approximately 20 minute gap he will say how Biden is a socialist and will turn the country into Venezuela or Cuba. So logic is a deficiency in these people. If you can simultaneously believe your social welfare or subsidy will be cut and all your wealth will be taken to provide for others, I'll put it to you how can you not vote for Trump if you believe this?

@gordondwyer3641 I haven't provided any maths and just repeated some survey result indicating 3% of the population of the US believes Trump has won, another larger group are not sure but think he won and are awaiting court case results I guess.
