Put yourself in the position of being the medical staff or secret service staff. How are they supposed to control Trump? If any doctor or nurse quits they would be seen as traitors especially if Trump dies and very bad for job prospects. Trump is putting all of them or at least many of them in an impossible position. I don't really think the doctors really want to be involved in Trump's spin machine.
