Well done US, lowest life expectancy for a wealthy country behind middle income China, highest homicide rate for a wealthy country by a factor of about 5 times on a per capita basis, one of the most expensive public healthcare systems in the world but not really universal. It's possibly the fall of the US Empire occurring in front of the world's eyes.
