  1. You can't, you are a democracy unless you want to abandon that. It's up to her electorate or the Republican Party in the next election she needs to contend. If she actually commits a crime worthy of removal then that's different, however she ranks way lower than the ex president and it's looking like he won't be bared from office and although she certainly said inciteful things, virtually nobody was listening and she didn't cause the insurrection, the ex president did.
