  1. This guy is clueless, quarantine has worked and failed after Delta. Western Pacific WHO region countries have Less than 10% of the per Capita death toll of PAHO Pan-American Health Organization region countries. 90% better should be considered successful. Being an island makes no difference, Hawaii has done very poorly compared to a country like Vietnam for example although Vietnam is struggling now.

  2. Not completely close but have quarantine like Western Pacific WHO region did. Until Delta variant we were fine but because PAHO Pan-American Health Organization region and European WHO region had no quarantine in almost all countries. Unless everyone does it , it's not going to work. Consider this new variant to be in Europe and the Americas already, hopefully it's not worse than Delta.
