HIV falls into the description of such a virus, there are many other sexually transmitted infections that also do and they might kill some and with HPV for example some get cancer and die other virus no symptoms for some people but they might become infertile. So what is your actual point other than different people are affected differently?

  2. As an Australian the situation I see is truly bizarre. Old white guy meets 2 presidents and is polite. Old white guy apparently invited by 2 presidents because of having a Spanish grandfather or something. I certainly agree it looks pretty racist, old white people being invited to the Whitehouse purely based on having had some Spanish or colony of Spain heritage.
