@heidimueller1039 that's not quite correct, the US had the highest death rate from covid 19 for a high income country. If someone argues about how deaths are reported point out to them that the US has the lowest life expectancy of a high income country, when someone dies is universally reported the same way as in age of death.

@1987BillyBob Public health failures in the US are consistent. It's nothing to do with how dead people are counted. You seem to think it's culture but it's not , culture plays a part only. You seem happy that US people are free to kill themselves or each other and the government won't provide a decent level of healthcare. Are you happy your government watches people die because they aren't willing to pay market prices for goods and services in the healthcare industry? By the way not paying market prices means paying up to 10 times the market price, not that they are unwilling to come up with the money. It's insane that your tax dollars are used to subsidise big pharma in particular and watch people die.

@emilogborn4097 I didn't blame obesity on the government in my previous comments. However if the government feeds children junk food for school lunches as has often occurred in the past and probably still does then the government is partly to blame because those children will grow up to be obese. Do you not agree with me? Japan also has school.lunches but they are always healthy with very little junk food and the obesity rate in Japan is very low, there is a cause and effect.
