  1. Which state or territory are you in and are you in a big city or not. You can't say it's the same everywhere in Australia because it isn't. If you are in a big city and really struggling go to the emergency department of any large hospital and refuse to leave, if they have a mental health unit you will eventually be locked up there for a while. I hope you get better over time with your issues. Best of luck.
