  2. Try and work backwards using the voltage the arcing must have been, with the inverse square law to 200ft to see how much power the cell mast would have had to put out. Hint: It had nothing to do with the cell mast! Was there a nearby broadcast radio transmitter?

  4.  @JoeSmith-cy9wj  Curious. Wouldn't have been the cellular mast. You can come and try it with cables connected directly to the radio if you like, they don't put out anywhere near enough power to cause any arcing.
