@justinhaller2055 Brother's been my go-to for printers. If they're not supporting you for a failed update that's distressing.

I've avoided HP for literally decades, and however many decades I have left it'll be the same. As to "that guy" - he's not funny. He''s empty, and tries to fill the emptiness with cruelty. I don't find that amusing at all.
