  1. I am very disappointed in his self-contradicted reasoning. 1) Deep diving is much more difficult than all the other tasks Ukraine did. Especially in the areas that are heavily surveillanced by NATO and Russia. 2) IF Poland or Ukraine did it, there is no way US or Germany intelligent agencies did not know. HE made the same argument against the "Russian did it". 3) CIA has a long track records of hiding from Government Supervision, congress or not. This is not a very convincing argument.
