I had a friend that was a foreign exchange student from Japan in America. Nice lad, very cheerful and nice. He said that American highschool work didn't give him a sweat. He says Japan has some intense competitiveness, but people will also support each other to keep on going. Such as the lunchroom staff preparing amazing food, to team spirit in sports and group projects.

@Insanity14159 For me, good indicators of a good country are: somewhat free government i.e little censorship and being able to participate in the process; good food; culture; vibe; and getting a stable living. Both China and Japan have that and both are good. Except for China's lack of free press, but it can be bypassed by a trip to Hong Kong or VPN. It's not like here in the West we pirate things.

@valorz6064 I think everyone should get reparations as long as they change. For example: Germany, Italy, Japan. They got aid dumped despite doing haneous acts of violence in the 40s & 50s. Those countries changed for the better and help supply us. People forget that people can change. Change can be for the better or for worse. Japan's only mistake is that on a political level has failed to admit to its crimes against humanity. Germany admitting its warcrimes made less people bash on Germany for warcrimes. On tanget, but to be honest, I think people bash on nations' warcrimes for their current reputation. Not as many people care about what happened in the Balkens as those nations are minor to society when compared to Japan, Germany, etc.

@tonypeterson5316 I like Hong Kong. But I also like Shenzen and Guangzhou. Their cities are nice. Football clubs are nice, but they collapsing. At least Shenzen's football club is owned by CFG. Not to mention Cantonese & Taishanese is an easier language for me and sounds nicer than Mandarin, imo, idk why.
