  3. @l06pual  their fault for participating in the war. It's not like Laos is so innocent, either too. Not to mention the Laotian genocide on the Vietnamese people. Plus, Laos can and should be doing better as there's a Lil known country called Bangladesh that got railed harder than Laos.
