  1.  @Brockliy  I think, if New Orleans got some new sporting culture, like soccer and football fields, basketball courts, etc. then people would be too busy having to be comiting crime if enough adverts and change of culture comes to support it. A good sporting culture leads the poorest to success.

  2. New Orleans just needs a heck of a ton of more police, we might need military police and a U.S. base just incase. Then they need a bunch of new jobs, apartment buildings, and businesses. They can try by opening a bunch of construction jobs to repair the roads and build apartments. Lastly, they need a significant change in culture, they need major sporting culture as people won't do crime or drugs if they got stuff to do or are busy working.

  4.  @LeonOC123  In the UK, you guys have sporting culture whilst living in miserable weather a lot of the time. That shows how much respect you guys have in the UK for others. Besides pick pocketing tourists, but everything else, pretty good.

  5.  @bogotario  Sporting culture allows people to develop talent and make money from sports. Which causes organizations to pump money into the area seeing all the new pro talent that might come in NOLA.
