@hansmeier1222 Can't you apply that to China and Russia then? China is establishing oversees bases like the US does. If the US really is a third world country then why does a lot of first world European countries depend on US imports to fund themselves and to defend themselves.

@ComedyLoverGirl China and Russia are the problem as Russia is slowly chipping away at Ukraine right now and China is threatening to invade countries along the pacific Ocean.

@joeking433 I think those 2 million dollars came from the value of what we given to Afghanistan as we gave the ANA used weaponry and hand me downs which are second rate to current US equipment.
